JUST Like Me

Celebrating Our Identity as God's Beloved Creations

Our inclusive VBS curriculum celebrates each child's unique identity as a beloved creation of God. Through scripted lessons and extension activities, kids will explore themes of sharing, community, and speaking up for others. Join us in the garden as we celebrate our individuality, learn to use our voices, and share our gifts with the community. Throughout the week, children will wonder, sing, share, and build community through storytelling, structured play, crafts, and music. Daily themes will be explored through fun activities and service components, fostering a sense of belonging and togetherness.

Don't miss out on this exciting adventure where every child is celebrated for who they are! Sign up now to secure your spot in our Kids' Camp and embark on a journey of faith, friendship, and growth. See you in the garden!

Youth Worker Cerification

The Child and Youth Worker Certification process in Community of Christ is a comprehensive program aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of children and youth involved in church activities. The CIMM0450 Child and Youth Worker Core Training course equips individuals with essential knowledge and strategies to prevent abuse and safeguard youth effectively. Applicants must complete a thorough application process, including providing personal information, references, and undergoing interviews with church representatives. Upon completion and approval, certified youth workers are registered and equipped to serve within Community of Christ, promoting the values of care, responsibility, and accountability in their ministry with children and young people.
